Sun & Earth is a collection of paintings created over the course of one year and four seasons in Zambia.
Emily Thornton moved to Zambia in 2018 and now lives and works in Lusaka. Through the rhythm and cycle of the African seasons, Emily's work chapters an emotional response to the landscape and the relationship between the sun and its impact on the earth.
We are delighted to present such a compelling, uplifting and joyful collection of work by this inspiring young British artist.
